Bookings
- To avoid disappointment, it is advisable to book ahead as early as you can.
- Bookings will be confirmed on the day prior to travel.
- Due to the limitations of being a solo operator, I cannot accept last minute phone bookings.
Payment
- Cash and all major credit cards are accepted (except Diners).
- There is also a mobile EFTPOS machine in the car.
- Cancellations - on the day of pick up, payment in full.

Alcohol and Food
- I'm sorry, but alcohol and food cannot be consumed in the vehicles as any spillage will incur a cleaning/sanitation fee.
